煎饼盒子
秋来了,玉米黄了,花生熟了,场上晒满了黄豆,处处飘着万物成熟的味道。每年新收的稻子,都磨上粘米粉、糯米粉,用来做各式米煎饼。
不过,今天来尝尝这个东北的煎饼做出来的煎盒子,卷上清淡蔬菜,外层酥脆,是早餐,也是美味小吃。
食材:东北煎饼3张,土豆300克、胡萝卜200克

配料:食用油、沙拉酱或甜面酱各适量。

  • 1.食材。
  • 2.切好胡萝卜丝,土豆切丝用清水泡着,冲去些许淀粉,炒出来会更脆爽
  • 3.备好的胡萝卜丝土豆丝同入电饼铛,炒至水分偏干爽口。
  • 4.煎饼摊开,底面留双层。放上土豆丝和胡萝卜丝。如果你不想麻烦,这一步卷起来即可以吃了哈。
  • 5.向前折起,再左右折起为盒子。
  • 6.入电饼铛煎制。用煎蛋薄饼档。
  • 7.煎制两面金黄,香脆味美。
  • 8.取出切开,抹酱即可食用。
