周末和家人去郊外钓鱼,鱼塘边的田埂上长满了嫩绿的艾草,同行的朋友和我一起协力摘了一会,就装满了一小袋子的艾叶,朋友边摘边告诉我艾饼的做法和窍门,让我长了不少见识。。。经过蕉林时,就地取材,顺便摘了一片芭蕉叶,作艾饼的叶垫实在完美,防粘还增香。收获不小、满载而归哈~一直知道艾叶可以做各种美食,自己真正实践做艾饼还是第一次,毕竟是有一点底子的吃货,制作过程轻松自如,当然也好吃哦!

  • 新鲜艾叶100克
  • 芭蕉叶1片
  • 炒熟的花生米50克
  • 熟黑芝麻50克
  • 红糖50克

Steps to make 春艾饼

  • 1.食材:糯米粉、红糖、炒熟的花生米、黑芝麻、艾草、芭蕉叶。
  • 2.红糖粉、花生米、黑芝麻全部放入搅拌机。
  • 3.搅碎、拌均匀,盛起备用。
  • 4.艾叶清洗两遍。
  • 5.再用开水焯煮片刻。
  • 6.煮至断生。(去除艾叶的青涩味、更卫生)
  • 7.捞起,挤干水分。
  • 8.放入搅拌机搅碎。
  • 9.加入糯米粉中,再添加适量开水搅拌均匀。(边加水边用筷子搅拌,搅成雪花状能揉成团就可以了。)
  • 10.揉成软硬适中的面团。
  • 11.分成大小一样的小面团。
  • 12.压扁,面团中央形成一个凹形,放入馅料。
  • 13.四边收口包起,再轻轻按扁,全部包好。
  • 14.芭蕉叶剪开小块,洗净。
  • 15.再焯一下水。
  • 16.全部叠起,用剪刀修剪出圆形的饼垫。
  • 17.芭蕉叶涂抹一点食用油,放入艾饼,大火隔水蒸15分钟即可。
