火龙果溶豆棒
做鸡蛋卷剩余了些鸡蛋清,就用它们再给孩子做个他从小吃到现在都没有吃烦的溶豆。溶豆因其入口即化的口感和浓郁的奶香味,成为宝妈们争相学做的网红美食。今天我做的是火龙果口味的,没有做成小豆豆形状,而是做成了网络比较流行的棒棒形状,这样便于小宝宝抓握。这种美食都是做给宝宝吃 的,所用的奶粉建议用自家宝宝用的配方奶粉。

  • 蛋清70g
  • 玉米淀粉16g
  • 白糖10g
  • 柠檬汁几滴

Steps to make 火龙果溶豆棒

  • 1.红肉火龙果用破壁机搅打成汁,火龙果的汁是比较浓稠的。
  • 2.放入碗里,加入配方奶粉。
  • 3.压拌到没有颗粒的细腻状态。
  • 4.蛋清加几滴柠檬汁,分2次加入白糖搅打。
  • 5.搅打到泡沫比较细腻了,加入玉米淀粉。
  • 6.一直搅打到提起打蛋器有直的尖角。蛋白打发的程度很重要,刚刚成直角即可,过软或者过硬都不易成型。
  • 7.先取1/3蛋白霜放入火龙果奶粉糊里,用翻拌的手法拌均匀。
  • 8.再倒入剩余的蛋白中,快速翻拌15--20下。要尽快拌均匀,拌的过多会造成消泡。
  • 9.翻拌均匀 的溶豆糊,倒入放了裱花嘴的裱花袋里。
  • 10.烤盘里铺油纸,挤成长条状。
  • 11.烤箱上下火100度,烤70--80分钟。具体时间以可以轻松取下来为准,如果不能轻松取下,说明没有烤透,可以再烤一会儿。
  • 12.烤好的溶豆棒,入口即化,宝宝一般都很喜欢。
