空气炸锅版免揉面包
空气炸锅版免揉面包(中筋粉),最好用高筋粉,因快递没开通,只好代替用。学习使用的菜谱来自《Meggy的美食厨房》。备中筋粉250g.白糖10g,干酵母3g,牛奶190g,玉米油10g。干料混合,倒入牛奶搅拌,倒玉米油拌匀。手指揪起面团向中间聚,折叠成圆球,盖上醒10分钟。手指蘸少许水防粘,揪面团四角向中间折叠,面团倒扣,醒面15分钟再折叠,盖盖放冰箱发酵1晚(或室温发酵1小时),面团为原来2倍大。撒少许面粉,面团倒出分成6份,向中间折叠倒扣整理成圆状,刷蛋液,放炸蓝再发酵至2倍大。160℃烤10分钟,150℃烤10分钟。烘烤温度时间根据炸锅调整。

  • 14.挺柔软。
  • 15.吃掉了2个。
