腊味合蒸是道经典的湖南菜,采用的腊肉要是湖南熏制的腊肉才行,四川腊肉是不行的,风味不同,做出来口味和效果不同,这道菜是偶然的时间跟一家湖南饭馆的厨师学了过来的,制作简单却极大的体现了湘菜的特点

Steps to make 腊味合蒸

  • 1.腊肉取出后洗净
  • 2.放蒸锅蒸15到20分钟
  • 3.蒸好后取出清洗
  • 4.取200克腊肉切片
  • 5.摆入盘中 ,蒜和姜切碎,辣椒切碎
  • 6.在表面放上蒜,姜和辣椒
  • 7.中间放上豆瓣酱和剁椒
  • 8.放入蒸锅中开大火蒸,上汽后蒸15到20分钟
