    Steps to make 鲜虾萝卜汤

    • 1.材料:鲜虾、白萝卜、调味:葱姜、料酒、盐、白胡椒粉、鸡精
    • 2.萝卜去皮切成丝;鲜虾去壳背部开刀取虾线后冲洗干净。(虾壳不要扔掉)
    • 3.虾头剪去虾枪下入油锅炸至酥红盛出。
    • 4.萝卜丝入沸水锅中焯一下捞出。
    • 5.锅内留少许虾油,加入适量水、虾壳,倒入萝卜丝、姜丝。
    • 6.水开后加入虾仁,烹入料酒。
    • 7.煮至鲜虾变色弯曲,加盐、白胡椒粉调味,撒上葱花即可。
