  • 1.一斤牛腩,切块,然后洗净。
  • 2.泡水半个小时。
  • 3.泡出血水,洗净。

  • 5.花椒、八角、香叶、冰糖准备下锅炒肉。
  • 6.热锅凉油,加入花椒八角香叶冰糖炒香。
  • 7.加入焯好的牛肉翻炒。先将牛肉的汁水炒出来,再将炒出的汁水炒干。中火,一直翻炒。
  • 8.加入酱油一勺左右。翻炒均匀。
  • 9.沿锅边加入料酒,一点点,翻炒均匀。
  • 10.加入热水,大火烧开。
  • 11.准备香料包。
  • 12.将牛肉倒入砂锅,撇去浮末。加香料包。
  • 13.烧开转小火。
  • 14.小火炖1个半小时。
  • 15.土豆1个切块,尖椒切片。
