巧克力汤圆
元宵节,我家每年都必做的就是这款巧克力汤圆啦。不仅是儿子儿媳爱吃,现在连我那个4岁的小孙子也是爱吃这个口味的汤圆啦。用可可脂含量65%的黑巧克力币,配的蓝风车的淡奶油和总体的黄油,爱烘焙的一看就知道,想不好吃都难啊。

  • 淡奶油50g
  • 黄油20g
  • 熟核桃仁60g
  • 糯米粉400g
  • 可可粉8g

Steps to make 巧克力汤圆

  • 1.巧克力币、淡奶油和黄油放入小锅里,隔温水融化,水温在50度左右即可,千万不要超过60度,否则巧克力容易油水分离。
  • 2.完全融化
  • 3.放入熟核桃仁碎拌均匀
  • 4.温度稍微晾凉,可以成形时,捏成约10克重的小球,晾凉就硬了
  • 5.糯米粉加水和成面团后,一分为二,
  • 6.一份加可可粉和少许水,和成可可面团
  • 7.两块面团和好后饧一小时左右
  • 8.两种面团叠加,擀成片再叠加,然后切小块
  • 9.面皮压平包入馅料
  • 10.完全包好的汤圆
  • 11.开水下锅煮熟,煮到漂起来就可以了。
  • 12.煮好的汤圆
  • 13.看看馅料,浓浓的巧克力,还有颗粒感的核桃仁香,好吃的很哦
