  • 1.鸡胸洗净切丁,虾仁洗净,黄瓜切丁。
  • 2.鸡胸放淀粉料酒腌制10分钟,虾仁去虾线。
  • 3.锅中放油大火炒鸡胸至变色捞出,生抽,蚝油,白糖,料酒调汁备用。
  • 4.锅中留油放黄瓜,虾仁炒至断生,加入炒好的鸡胸,烹入调好的汁,炒匀。
  • 5.成品。
