  • 1.准备蛋挞皮
  • 2.牛奶、淡奶油、炼奶、细砂糖一起放入小锅中
  • 3.小火加热至糖融化就立即离火。
  • 4.牛奶稍凉后加入蛋黄搅拌均匀。
  • 5.加入低筋粉搅拌均匀。
  • 6.蛋挞水过筛
  • 7.做好的挞水。
  • 8.蛋挞皮放入烤盘中。挞皮内加少许蜜红豆
  • 9.依次将挞水装入蛋挞皮中7、8分满即可。
  • 10.进入烤箱中层,200度烘烤20-25分钟,蛋挞表面出现少许焦斑点即可出炉。
