红糖麸皮消化饼干

  • 有盐黄油65克
  • 全蛋液35克
  • 红糖30克
  • 水贻10克
  • 泡打粉1/4小勺

Steps to make 红糖麸皮消化饼干

  • 1.准备材料,漏拍蛋液;
  • 2.黄油在室温下软化,放入水贻、红糖;
  • 3.搅打至完全融合,黄油蓬松;分3次加入蛋液,搅打均匀后再加入下一次;
  • 4.直至黄油与蛋液完全融合;
  • 5.筛入面粉、泡打粉、纯麸皮;
  • 6.用刮刀以按压的方式拌匀,用手抓成面团;
  • 7.面团装入保鲜袋中,放入冰箱冷藏30分钟左右;
  • 8.从冰箱取出面团,隔着保鲜袋,用擀面杖擀开,厚度约半公分;用饼干模具压出痕迹;
  • 9.压好的面团放入烤盘中,用叉子扎眼,避免烘烤的时候鼓起,放置10分钟以后再进烤箱;
  • 10.烤盘放入已预热到位的烤箱中;采用饼干/蛋挞模式,上火温度设定为150度,下火温度设定为160度,烤10分钟;
  • 11.到时,取出烤盘,饼干继续放在盘中放凉即可
