老公回了一次老家,买了一点我们那儿的小龙虾,是我们一直爱吃的,只是广东这边少卖,很久没弄过了,简单的焖了,女儿还是吃的津津有味呀。

    • 1.小龙虾拉出虾线,用小刷子一个个刷干净,然后浸水,放点醋,浸泡半小时。
    • 2.捞出沥干。
    • 3.锅中放入干辣椒,姜丝,蒜爆香
    • 4.倒入小龙虾,翻炒一下,加入料酒,酱油,白糖焖下,可以少量加点水,熟时加盐调味,起锅前加入味精,香菜即可。
