牛奶巧克力布丁

昨天去看了《后会无期》
因为是韩寒的所以一直就很期待
片子偏文艺的 搞笑之余带点小感伤
反正我是很喜欢的
听过很多道理 仍然过不好这一生
一直在减肥 仍然还是个胖子

【说说菜】
最近特别喜欢做些简单的甜品
依旧不需要烤箱直接冰箱就可以搞定
因为很喜欢吃巧克力所以巧克力的量很足
妹妹吃的时候说上面这个巧克力味道的比较好吃比较浓
做了双色的巧克力和牛奶口味的
浓郁的巧克力后是淡淡的牛奶口味也挺好哈

  • 牛奶300克
  • 巧克力60克
  • 吉利丁片10克
  • 10克

  • 工艺烘焙
  • 口味甜味
  • 时间十分钟

Steps to make 牛奶巧克力布丁

  • 1. 取150克牛奶,加入白砂糖加热至糖融化
  • 2.吉利丁片用冰水泡软
  • 3.将泡软的吉利丁片5克加入到牛奶液中,搅拌至吉利丁片融化
  • 4.倒入模具中,大致模具一半的量就可以,放入冰箱冷藏
  • 5.取剩下的150克牛奶中加入巧克力
  • 6. 加热至巧克力融化
  • 7.将剩下的5克吉利丁片加入巧克力液中
  • 8. 取出已经凝固的牛奶味布丁,继续倒入晾凉的巧克力布丁液,继续放冰箱冷藏至凝固即可
