棒棒糖蛋糕
棒棒糖都是小朋友的至爱,以前一般都吃那种硬硬的棒棒糖,现在不同了棒棒糖是蛋糕做的,

Steps to make 棒棒糖蛋糕

  • 1.1准备材料:面粉、鸡蛋、糖、黄油
  • 2.面粉提前过筛二次
  • 3.全蛋打散,一次加入细砂糖
  • 4.鸡蛋和砂糖混合,不用打发就可以了
  • 5.混合好的蛋液,放入大约40度热里低速慢慢打至到粗泡
  • 6.打到粗泡时转到中速打发泡沫细腻
  • 7.打至细腻时用转入高速打发蛋液会慢慢出现细腻浓稠的纹路
  • 8.蛋液用打发至出现八字不消失
  • 9.面粉分散倒入蛋糊里面
  • 10.用翻拌手法,打能划圈,面粉均匀就可以不用再去动面糊了
  • 11.11把黄油放在这个热水里隔水融化烤箱170度,上下火,预热
  • 12.12把黄油倒在刮刀上,在分散在面糊里
  • 13.13然后用同样的翻拌手法均匀
  • 14.把面糊倒入裱花袋,用大号圆形的裱花嘴(我就没用裱花嘴,直接用裱花袋)
  • 15.15面糊挤进去模具里面,注意不要挤太多了
  • 16.16满模就可以了
  • 17.17盖上盖子放入进烤箱170度,烤大概15-20分钟,根据自己烤箱情况作调整
  • 18.出炉后要马上把盖子掀开,否则模具产生水汽,蛋糕会粘着模具
  • 19.面糊膨胀好是圈圈的小蛋糕
  • 20.20棒棒粘一点点巧克力,在蛋糕上面插进去,要等它凝固
  • 21.慢慢的转动棒棒,在巧克力里转一圈
  • 22.提起来,然后慢慢再转一圈去多余的巧克力
