松茸瘦肉汤
买了松茸菇,很香,忍不住就要下手了,把它制作成各式美食是我的使命啊,哈哈!
今天用它煲汤了,煲汤的时候满屋子都是香气,真的太赞了哦!

  • 瘦肉350G
  • 红枣4颗
  • 3片
  • 新会陈皮1/3个

Steps to make 松茸瘦肉汤

  • 1.松茸先用清水洗一下,再用水泡干,泡菇的水不要倒掉哦;
  • 2.陈皮清洗一下,红枣也洗净去核备用;
  • 3.瘦肉切厚片,姜三片;
  • 4.锅中放适量清水,冷水下瘦肉和姜片;
  • 5.水开后把血沫撇掉;
  • 6.松茸连同泡松茸的水一起倒入锅中,陈皮,红枣也一并加入;
  • 7.再次大火煮开,后转小火煲约1.5个小时即可,食用时加少许盐调味!
