想吃法棍~网上找了个方子~折腾了一下午~终于赶在晚餐前出炉了~煎一块牛排就OK~
虽说做的是法棍~但是口感上来说更接近白面包~就是那种餐前包~

  • 高粉300克
  • 低粉50克
  • 清水150克
  • 细盐6克
  • 砂糖5克
  • 黄油5克
  • 酵母5克

Steps to make 法棍

  • 1.低粉+高粉
  • 2.5克砂糖+5克酵母用150克温水划开~
  • 3.加入300克高粉+50克低粉开始和面~
  • 4.面团成型后加入5克黄油+6克细盐再次揉面~
  • 5.光滑出膜后盖上湿布进行发酵
  • 6.发酵~
  • 7.等到面发到原先2倍大小进行排气~
  • 8.分份搓圆~盖湿布静置15分钟~
  • 9.随后整形~差不多76公分左右~随后第二次发酵~
  • 10.发酵完成后喷水~化6-7道斜口~生呸表面筛上生粉~
  • 11.烤箱预热~190度上下管烤23分钟~5分钟左右向烤箱里喷一次水即可~
