法式黑椒烤鱼
买了一条野生的黑鱼,个头也很大,剔下了些鱼肉给俺家宝宝做了婴儿吃的鱼丸,这条鱼有三斤重,给宝宝做鱼丸只需100克左右的肉即可,黑鱼刺少,容易剔出来无刺的肉,剩余的就做了这个烤鱼块了。因为剔下来了一点,成品图可以看出,鱼块不是很完整,但100克基本不影响整条鱼啦。今天的做法也比较省事儿,就是直接用了酷克壹佰的法式黑胡椒烤肉料,这样即使是新手,零厨艺,也可以轻松搞定这道菜啦,这个烤肉料烤出的鱼,味道也是很不错的哦。

  • 法式黑胡椒烤肉料35g
  • 洋葱1个
  • 黑胡椒2g
  • 食用油1小勺

Steps to make 法式黑椒烤鱼

  • 1.黑鱼清洗干净,从脊骨处片切开。我为了给小宝宝做鱼丸,特意把没有刺的部位剔下来了一小条,总共剔了100克鱼肉,剩余的全部烤了吃
  • 2.把鱼切块。因为剔下来一点,鱼块不是很完整,但因剔下的少基本不影响
  • 3.把鱼块放盆里,加入法式黑胡椒烤肉料。烤肉料剩出5克做刷料
  • 4.抓拌均匀腌制半小时
  • 5.因感觉这个烤肉料的黑胡椒味不是很浓,我又加了点黑胡椒碎,同时把洋葱切条加入,抓拌均匀再腌5分钟左右
  • 6.把腌好是鱼铺在烤盘里,洋葱垫底,这样即入味鱼又不易沾烤盘
  • 7.烤箱220度预热5分钟
  • 8.入烤箱先烤15分钟
  • 9.把剩余的烤肉料加一点食用油拌均匀
  • 10.烤了15分钟后拿出来刷一层料汁
  • 11.继续烤10分钟
  • 12.再刷一层料汁后烤5分钟即可
