Steps to make 韩式炒年糕

  • 1.1、 年糕用凉水泡软,大约一小时左右。将年糕白菜、洋葱都切成一指宽长条备用。
  • 2.2、黄油放入铁锅、小火融化
  • 3.3、放入洋葱,炒出香味
  • 4.4、将年糕放在洋葱上面,并加入凉水没过年糕,烧开后,小火炖半小时左右至年糕软烂,加少许盐。
  • 5.5、放入白菜,韩式辣酱(辣酱数量可根据个人口味调整)
  • 6.6、大火收汁,完工啦,开吃吧
