辽参小米粥
秋冬进补,咋能少了辽参小米粥。

  • 无盐原味鸡汤1碗
  • 一品鲜酱油1小勺
  • 蚝油1小勺

Steps to make 辽参小米粥

  • 1.40g小米淘洗干净。
  • 2.高压锅加水750g,倒入淘洗好的小米,大火烧开,上气后调小火煮20分钟左右。锅中可以滴两滴食用油。
  • 3.南瓜去皮上锅蒸熟。我只用了两块。
  • 4.泡发好的辽参两根,葱姜适量,鸡汤150g,香葱叶少许。
  • 5.油锅放少许油,爆香葱姜。
  • 6.加入无盐原味鸡汤,1小勺一品鲜酱油。
  • 7.5g蚝油。
  • 8.放入辽参,尝尝汤味,适量加些盐。小火煮煨至汁水浓稠,基本收干的状态。
  • 9.南瓜用勺子压成泥状。
  • 10.小米粥煮好后,加入南瓜泥煮开。
  • 11.调入少许盐,也可以保持原味。
  • 12.将小米粥盛入碗中。
  • 13.放入辽参,洒上葱碎。
