Steps to make 巧克力豆面包

  • 1..将高筋面粉210克,黑可可粉10克,红糖30克,酵母粉3克,牛奶105克,鸡蛋35克,盐2克放入面包机桶

  • 4.发酵完成后,称出总重量,均分为9等份,滚圆并粘紧收口
  • 5.将面团放入事先涂油的挞模内进行最后的发酵。
  • 6.面团发酵至2倍大时,刷上薄薄的蛋白液
