日本草莓牛奶羊羹

Steps to make 日本草莓牛奶羊羹

  • 1.草莓洗净切丁,大的草莓切成4份 稍微小点的切成2份。
  • 2.牛奶、椰汁和白砂糖混合均匀,15g吉利丁粉称好。
  • 3.把混合液体倒进锅里,开小火,再一点点的把吉利丁粉倒入锅中不停搅拌,中途关几次火预防液体煮开,这个过程会比较久,大家要有耐心。
  • 4.把煮好的液体倒入容器内,再把草莓一个一个摆在液体的上方,草莓不会沉下去,会浮起来的。
  • 5.冷却后盖上保险膜放入冰箱冷藏一夜或放置冷冻室至没有流动液体(大概1.5-2小时)
  • 6.拿出来的草莓布丁冰冰凉凉的,又不冻牙齿,椰味香浓。
