酱汁韭菜馄饨
孩子他爸喜欢韭菜味浓郁的面食,我就将一半的韭菜打在肉蓉里,一半的韭菜再切细碎配在肉蓉里,这样子即有口感又有味道。

Steps to make 酱汁韭菜馄饨

  • 1.备好所用食材。
  • 2.将猪腿肉入破壁机打成肉蓉。
  • 3.再分一半的韭菜入肉里,同样打至混合。
  • 4.再将剩下来的韭菜切细碎拌在韭菜肉蓉里。用细盐色拉油少许的酱油调味。
  • 5.将拌好的馅料包在馄饨皮里(你称之为饺子皮也行)
  • 6.包好的同时,锅里加水及少许的细盐煮开。
  • 7.将包好的馄饨下锅煮至熟。
  • 8.再配一个辣油香醋酱油汁。
  • 9.淋在煮好的馄饨上即可。
