Steps to make 萨拉米什锦披萨

  • 1..将面粉、温水、酵母、盐、糖、橄榄油揉成光滑面团。
  • 2.醒发半小时,再排气揉光滑备用。
  • 3.将烤盘铺铝箔纸,将面团压扁撑满整个烤盘,尽可能压均匀一点。用叉子叉一些小孔。
  • 4.在面团上面刷披萨酱
  • 5.撒少许芝士,,再铺香肠和杂菜,最后再覆盖满芝士。
  • 6.送进烤箱,300W烤10分钟,1000W5-7分钟。(看芝士颜色,微焦即可)
