虫草枸杞猪心汤

  • 鸡精半小勺
  • 1/4瓶盖
  • 白胡椒粉少许

Steps to make 虫草枸杞猪心汤

  • 1.将猪心洗净切成薄片,浸泡在水中。
  • 2.虫草用温水浸泡片刻。
  • 3.将猪心片放进开水锅中,加葱姜和酒。
  • 4.焯去血水。
  • 5.捞出后冲洗干净。
  • 6.冲洗过的猪心重新放进砂锅中,放进洗净的虫草,加适量的水。
  • 7.盖上锅盖小火炖2小时左右。
  • 8.至猪心熟透。
  • 9.放入洗净的枸杞。
  • 10.盖上锅盖继续炖5分钟左右。
  • 11.加盐和鸡精调味。
  • 12.撒上一点白胡椒粉就可以了。
