Steps to make 鸡蛋肠粉

  • 1.将所有粉和水混合,搅拌均匀。
  • 2.鸡蛋打散备用。
  • 3.不锈钢平底盘刷少许油。
  • 4.盛入一勺粉浆,放入锅中蒸10秒左右,再倒入少许蛋液,用勺子抹匀。
  • 5.再次放入锅中大火蒸至肠粉鼓起大泡。
  • 6.用防烫夹取出盘子,用塑料刮板将肠粉铲下来,卷起。
  • 7.将肠粉切成两段,放入盘子中。淋上适量生抽。
  • 8.撒上葱花和熟的白芝麻。
  • 9.淋上少许香油。
