可口小零食--香酥曲奇
要是忙了没有空做早点有了这样一块小饼干做个早点垫肚子也好,好多人有不吃早点的习惯。其实不吃早点的危害太多了,我都习惯做一些早点孩子们也喜欢吃。但是会时常要求我做各样的西点给他们吃。说实话并不是不做是没有时间来做,这几天闹着非要吃不可。我就跟小美女商量好你要早早起来妈妈才有时间来做你明白吗?小美女听到有吃的了就高兴了,第二天起得好早。有了这样的时间我就可以折腾西点了,一时间没想做曲奇。不过曲奇给我的印象不错,在冬天做曲奇真的很费事。很不好挤,我为了几个小曲奇折腾了一上午。快疯了我,还是挤不出来。后来我索性把它放在热水了一泡这些好折腾了就几分钟给搞定了。西点做的不多特别是曲奇第一次做,后来觉得这主意挺明智的。以后到是可以经常做,自己做的特别好吃。小美女不舍得吃,说要留着做早点。那一小块边吃边说妈妈做的的曲奇饼干真好吃。节儿子出了一个与真有关的造句就套用了妹妹的话写了上去。

  • 1.面粉145克、黄油125克、糖粉50克、鸡蛋1个
  • 2..把黄油分切好打发倒入糖粉
  • 3..先倒入蛋清打到完全融合,再倒入蛋黄打完全融合再继续下一步。
  • 4..筛入面粉搅拌均匀
  • 5..直到没有干面粉。
  • 6.装入裱花袋内备用。
  • 7..烤盘内铺入吸油纸挤上黄油糊。
  • 8..放入180度预热好的中层烤15分钟即可。
