    Steps to make 汤圆火锅

    • 1.准备汤底材料:鸭胗2个,排骨4块,白萝卜一根,上海青一把。
    • 2.汤圆一袋,芹菜适量洗净切段。
    • 3.鸭胗洗净,切十字刀花备用。
    • 4.白萝卜洗净刨皮,切块,放汤锅中,加入4块排骨,煮开烧30分钟。
    • 5.30分钟后加入鸭胗继续烧开煮熟。
    • 6.鸭胗熟后,加盐调味,加入汤圆。
    • 7.汤圆浮起2分钟后,加入适量调和油、芹菜和上海青。
    • 8.可以开始边煮边吃啦!
