孜然烤风琴土豆
烤香肠和烤土豆的结合。。

  • 香肠半根
  • 植物油1勺
  • 孜然粉少许
  • 五香粉少许

Steps to make 孜然烤风琴土豆

  • 1.挑选形状比较规则的土豆,洗净去皮
  • 2.纵向切薄片到3/4处,底部相连,不要切断
  • 3.长条状的香肠,切薄片。我用的是蒜味肠,烤出来正好对味儿
  • 4.将香肠对半切开,插入土豆片的空隙中
  • 5.土豆两端比较小的位置,可以把香肠片切小一点儿,比较好插入
  • 6.刷少许植物油,撒上孜然粉,五香粉。有黑胡椒也可以撒一些,但是会微辣,小盆友们恐怕吃不了
  • 7.入预热好的烤箱,中层,上下火,200度左右,烤20分钟左右
