Steps to make 山楂卷(果丹皮)

  • 1.两斤山楂清洗干净,盐水浸泡15分钟。
  • 2. 浸泡后挖去底部。
  • 3.冷水下锅煮开3分钟,捞出晾凉,去核去蒂。倒入豆浆机,加锅中少量山楂水,以能流动即可,选择果汁模式打成泥。
  • 4.倒入不粘锅中,开中小火,加冰糖不断搅动到融化黏稠。期间多尝味,根据自己口味酸甜适当添加冰糖。我的比例是山楂2斤,冰糖半斤。
  • 5.烤盘尽量铺油纸(我家里没有,用的锡纸代替,烤好后会难撕一点)炒好的山楂泥分次少量倒入烤盘,平涂均匀,根据厚薄度,烤1~3小时。温度100。烤箱提前预热5分钟。
  • 6.烤完取出晾干,喜欢什么形状就凭个人随意发挥啦~吃不完记得放冰箱哦!
