Steps to make 松鼠鱼

  • 1.备好图中材料
  • 2.鱼切好(现在很方便,买鱼的时候,直接让老板帮按穷熟悉的方法切好就可以了,回来很省事的)
  • 3.加入姜片,料酒2勺,适量盐,腌制20分钟
  • 4.玉米,和青椒,洗好,如图切配
  • 5.锅内下油
  • 6.腌制好的鱼,拍入干淀粉,如图,下油锅(油6成热,放入鱼,炸至金黄色捞出)
  • 7.炸好的鱼装盘,口中装饰一个小金桔(没有可以不放,只是家里刚好有,放了觉得造型更好看一些,也可以换其他装饰)
  • 8.锅内留油,下姜丝,爆香
  • 9.加入4勺番茄酱
  • 10.2勺汤,2勺米醋,适量清水和盐
  • 11.再倒入备好的玉米粒和青椒,翻炒
  • 12.最后勾薄芡,做成酸甜汁
  • 13.做好的酸甜汁淋在炸好的鱼上即可~
