    Steps to make 端午粽飘香——红糖粽子

    • 1.将糯米洗净,提前浸泡一晚。
    • 2.将买来的粽叶刷洗几遍,入凉水煮沸,保持煮开约20分钟。捞出放入水中浸泡一夜(水量没过粽叶),用时提前取出控干水分。
    • 3.准备好泡好的糯米和红糖。
    • 4.准备包制:取一片完整的粽叶,如图折叠好。
    • 5.填入一层糯米,加入适量红糖,甜度随自己掌握哦。
    • 6.铺盖上一层糯米,压紧实。
    • 7.将粽叶的两端保持交叠,反向折回盖在糯米上,且一定要压紧实。这是调整粽子形状,保证不漏米的关键步骤。
    • 8.最后调整粽叶末端,多余部分可剪掉,用棉线捆扎结实。
    • 9.热水下锅,水量一定要没过粽子!开锅后保持中大火1小时,再转小火焖煮1小时即可。
    • 10.捞出晾到室温,不烫手的时候剥开一个瞧瞧哈。
    • 11.夹开看看里面,红糖已经和糯米融合在了一起,咬一口发现,软糯中夹杂着香甜哦!
