香脆芝麻薄饼—— 喜欢有卡茨的响声
香脆的薄饼,喜欢听到卡茨的响声,做的时候尽量滩得薄和均匀一些烤出来才会脆哦

  • 融化黄油30g
  • 糖粉40g
  • 低筋面粉25g

Steps to make 香脆芝麻薄饼—— 喜欢有卡茨的响声

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.蛋清加入糖粉,用手动打蛋器彻底搅拌均匀
  • 3.蛋清看上去很绸,有很多细密的小泡泡
  • 4.加入融化的黄油,搅拌均匀
  • 5.加入白芝麻搅拌均匀
  • 6.再加入过筛好的低筋面粉翻拌均匀,静置30分钟即可
  • 7.取一个较深而且较大的杯子,套入裱花袋,将静置好的面糊倒入裱花袋中
  • 8.转紧裱花袋后用剪刀剪一个小口,把面糊挤在铺有油纸的烤盘里(记得要薄一些的,这样才会更脆哦)
  • 9.放入预热好的烤箱烘烤,上火180度,下火:150度,烤13分钟左右(使用长帝电烤箱制作)
  • 10.至表面呈金黄色即可
