冬瓜山药汤
此汤清热祛湿,健脾利水,养颜减肥。

  • 山药300g
  • 薏米20g
  • 猪大骨500g
  • 蜜枣3粒

Steps to make 冬瓜山药汤

  • 1.薏米泡30分钟。
  • 2.胡萝卜去皮切小块。
  • 3.冬瓜洗净连皮切块。(冬瓜皮清热祛湿。)
  • 4.猪大骨飞水,洗净浮沫。
  • 5.把胡萝卜,薏米,大骨和蜜枣放入汤锅煮30分钟。
  • 6.放入冬瓜继续煮开后转小火煲1个小时。
  • 7.山药去皮切块。
  • 8.放入山药继续煲30分钟。
  • 9.撇油,放盐调味。
  • 10.清热祛湿,健脾养颜。
