大饺子
破五包饺子!在家闲着没事,外面又下着雨,不想去菜场!冰箱里剩着些边角料,都派上用场了!第一次自己擀饺子皮,剂子分得太大,成品出来后杰爸戏称是“牛头饺”

  • 猪肉320克
  • 木耳230克
  • 芹菜130克
  • 胡萝卜130克
  • 面粉400克
  • 鸡蛋1个

Steps to make 大饺子

  • 1.面粉加鸡蛋、1克盐、200ml水揉成面团
  • 2.揉好的面团静置1小时
  • 3.所需材料剁成末
  • 4.材料混合加入两匙耗油,生抽、料酒各一匙
  • 5.面团揉成长条分小剂子(剂子分得有点大,到最后成品出来才25个)
  • 6.小剂子摁扁后擀成面片
  • 7.包入肉馅,饺子有点大哦!
  • 8.锅里水烧开加少许盐,放入饺子再次水沸加少许冷水烧开再加少许水烧开至饺子浮起
  • 9.碗里放少许葱花、盐、紫菜注入开水
  • 10.煮好的饺子入汤碗
