红豆柔软餐包
柔软的餐包。包入的红豆,是自己做的没有那么甜,合我的口味。。。。

  • 高筋面粉350克
  • 白糖5大勺
  • 奶粉20克
  • 4克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 190克
  • 酵母4克
  • 黄油40克

Steps to make 红豆柔软餐包

  • 1.除了黄油以外的所有原料放入面包机。
  • 2.揉到成团时加入黄油,揉到能拉出薄膜,发酵1小时左右。
  • 3.红豆浸泡一晚,加水小火煮40分钟,水分快干时加入白糖。
  • 4.收干水分即成红豆馅。(如果想做成细腻的红豆馅可以过筛即成)。
  • 5.面粉发酵好以后,揪成小剂子松弛5分钟。
  • 6.擀成牛舌状卷起。如此2次即可。
  • 7.擀成皮。
  • 8.加入红豆馅。
  • 9.收好口即可。
  • 10.烤盘放油纸,把包坯放入。
  • 11.放入烤箱,底层放上一盘开水,二次发酵约30分钟,刷上蛋液。
  • 12.撒上芝麻。
  • 13.烤箱预热5分钟,中层上下火180度,25分钟。
  • 14.柔软红豆餐包出炉。。
