牛奶糖吃着没劲了?没关系,加点料,改头换面,就又能勾起兴趣了。此前做的牛奶糖,重进熔炉,与花生搭伴。果然受到好评。
做糖不费事儿,包糖却花功夫。鉴于牛奶糖质地柔软,终究还是决定给它重新换身衣服,再加个糯米纸的内衣,免得天气热了,化在糖纸上。结果,包糖的时间是做糖的两倍。。。。

  • 1.用料
  • 2.花生炒香去皮
  • 3.切成碎粒
  • 4.牛奶糖去掉糖纸,放入碗中,隔水加热
  • 5.奶糖完全融化
  • 6.倒入花生碎
  • 7.混合均匀
  • 8.倒在不粘布上,反复折擀几次
  • 9.擀成约1.5厘米厚的方形
  • 10.稍凉,切块
  • 11.包上糯米纸
  • 12.包上糖纸,密封保存
