淡奶油玫瑰酱磅蛋糕
买了一瓶玫瑰酱,除了泡水喝,先用它来做个蛋糕尝尝,蛋糕吃起来有淡淡的玫瑰香味,很好吃。

Steps to make 淡奶油玫瑰酱磅蛋糕

  • 1.黄油软化后,加入细砂糖搅打至颜色发白,体积变大。
  • 2.少量多次地加入蛋液,每加一次要搅匀再加下一次(我分了6次)。
  • 3.分三次加入淡奶油(淡奶油是冷藏的,所以最好放入热水中温一下)。
  • 4.加入香草精搅打均匀。
  • 5.加入玫瑰酱,稍微搅拌一下。
  • 6.筛入低筋粉,慢慢翻拌。
  • 7.翻拌至没有干面粉即可。
  • 8.倒入模具中,烤箱预热,170度,上下火,倒数第二层,烤40--45分钟。
