酸辣凉拌土豆丝
今天的土豆我不做土豆泥也不做土豆块,用最简单的做法,做一道脆嫩爽口的下饭菜,凉拌土豆丝,凉拌土豆丝比炒的土豆丝更适合这闷热的天气,很多朋友喜欢吃饭店里的土豆丝,口感脆脆的,吃起来滑溜溜的,我们在家也能做出这样的口感,而且今天这个做法做出来,还会更好吃,即便是没有厨艺的朋友,也能轻松做出来。

Steps to make 酸辣凉拌土豆丝

  • 1.要想土豆丝好吃,一定要用刀切出土豆丝,不要用专门的擦丝工具去擦,切出来的土豆丝口感爽滑,吃起来有脆脆的口感。
  • 2.先将土豆切成薄片,然后再用锋利的刀子切成丝状,越细越好,可以选择专门的切片刀来切。
  • 3.锅中加入适量的清水烧开,然后下入土豆丝,烫至土豆丝变色即可,时间不宜过久,大概也就一分钟左右,看不见土豆的白心就可以,然后迅速捞出来,过几遍凉水,直至土豆丝完全变凉,表面的淀粉也被冲洗光滑。
  • 4.准备一些配料,小米辣可以多放一些,先对半切开以后再切碎,辣味释放的更充分,葱也可以多一些,生姜切细丝,大蒜拍碎以后再切小,有时间也可以舂成蒜泥。
  • 5.将所有食材和配料放入一个大点的容器中,每种调味料尽量都不要缺少,尤其是陈醋和花椒油,吃起来又香又开胃。
  • 6.将食材用筷子拌匀就可以上桌了,根根爽脆,超级下饭,聚会的时候用来下酒也不错,主要是做法简单,不费时间,还没有油烟。
