南瓜吐司
加南瓜泥、用中种法来做吐司,这个方子用了多次,既省时又方便。而且这个南瓜吐司,除了营养更佳之外,金黄色的颜色也更令人喜爱。

  • 酵母5g
  • 南瓜泥250g
  • 高筋面粉150g
  • 黄油40g
  • 白砂糖60g
  • 鸡蛋60g
  • 牛奶60g
  • 蛋黄液适量(刷表面用)

Steps to make 南瓜吐司

  • 1.中种材料和成面团,盖保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏发酵17个小时以上。
  • 2.发酵好的面团,是原来的2-3倍大了。
  • 3.除黄油外的主面团材料放入面包机内胆中,中种面团撕成小块放在上面,启动一个和面程序。
  • 4.放入室温软化的黄油,再启动一个和面程序。
  • 5.能拉出薄而韧的手套膜。
  • 6.和好的面团取出放案板上分成六份。
  • 7.擀成牛舍状。
  • 8.卷起。
  • 9.放到土司模中二次发酵。
  • 10.发酵至八、九分满。
  • 11.刷上一层全蛋液,撒上芝麻。
  • 12.放入预热好的烤箱,上下火170度,下层,40分钟。面包上色后及时加盖锡纸。可以看出烤制过程中面包发的很高了。
  • 13.烤好的吐司及时脱模,侧放到烤架 上晾凉。
  • 14.凉后切片,吐司很绵软,拉丝效果很好。
