  • 6.开始压面。由零档开始,一档一档变换,做乌冬面,面片要相对厚一些,到3档的时候就可以了。
  • 7.开始压面条。
  • 8.我这个机器有一个压圆条的机头,比较适合制作乌冬面。扁条机头也可以,面片厚一些,出来的效果也不错。
