    • 1.腊牛肉用热水浸浸了再切会好切一些,青红椒洗好。
    • 2.腊牛肉切片,青红椒切碎,姜切末,蒜瓣切片。

    • 4.将牛肉,姜末,蒜瓣,干椒倒入热油中翻炒。
    • 5.放剁辣椒,豆瓣酱,生抽,蚝油进行调味。
    • 6.腊牛肉很干,所以放一些水煮一下,加入一半的朝天椒。
    • 7.收煮得差不多的时候便加入另一半朝天椒和青尖椒。
    • 8.加点鸡精炒下就O了,正宗的湖南炒法,很地道的湘味啊。
