Steps to make 鲫鱼豆腐汤

  • 1.鲫鱼宰杀处理干净,豆腐备用。
  • 2.蒜姜切大片。
  • 3.热锅倒入少量猪油放入姜片爆香。
  • 4.放入鲫鱼。
  • 5.煎至两面微黄。
  • 6.放入葱,花椒,盐,米醋 ,蒜片,盐,加入没过鱼身的清水。
  • 7.大火煮开。
  • 8.大火煮开放入豆腐,转为小火慢炖,直到汤变的白糊糊的,洒上葱花出锅(喜欢香菜的也可以放一点)。
