  • 牛奶100克
  • 鸡蛋1只
  • 细砂糖60克
  • 玉米淀粉15克
  • 咖啡粉2小匙

Steps to make 咖啡大理石乳酪蛋糕(烤箱做蛋糕)

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.将奶油奶酪放置在室温下软化后,隔热水搅拌一下
  • 3.加细砂糖隔热水搅拌
  • 4.搅拌至奶油奶酪与糖溶解且变得光滑无颗粒,离开热水
  • 5.分3次加入牛奶,每次加牛奶都要充分搅匀才能加下一次
  • 6.再筛入玉米淀粉搅拌均匀
  • 7. 加入鸡蛋,继续用手动打蛋器搅拌成均匀的奶酪糊
  • 8.搅拌好的奶酪糊是稀稀的,但有点稠
  • 9.取一个小碗,舀两匙奶酪糊,加入咖啡粉搅拌均匀(呜呜~~这里我做了一个错误的示范,用了自己磨的咖啡粉,结果不融,一粒一粒的,大家不要学我哟~一定要用速溶咖啡粉)
  • 10.用橡皮刮刀将奶酪糊刮入蛋糕模内,再将咖啡奶酪糊舀在表面,用牙签或刮刀在咖啡奶酪糊上随便划几下,形成大理石纹路
  • 11.烤盘中注入水,放在最下层,然后再在上面放一层烤网,烤箱180℃预热10分钟
  • 12.预热好之后,把蛋糕模具放在烤网上烤,这叫隔水浴烤,烤箱180℃,烘烤30分钟
  • 13.出炉后等自然降温后放入冰箱冷藏一夜便可品尝
