炸酱面看韩剧的时候出镜率最高,有一次在韩食店吃了一次才发现没想象中的好吃。后来才知道炸酱面的口味被改良成韩国人的口味了,所以还是老北京正宗的好吃啊!!
今天吃吃家常版本的!!

    • 1.转备好豆瓣酱和甜面酱
    • 2.猪肉最好选择肥瘦相间的,我这块有点瘦了
    • 3.猪肉洗净切成丁
    • 4.爆香葱姜末
    • 5.下猪肉丁翻炒至变色
    • 6.放一勺豆瓣酱,加点水大火煮开
    • 7.小火慢慢熬,猪肉丁稍微上色
    • 8.然后放一勺天面酱,甜面酱和豆瓣酱的比例是1:1
    • 9.熬到汤汁浓稠就可以关火了
    • 10.面条煮好过凉水
    • 11.家里就剩下黄瓜了,码在面条上然后加上熬好的酱,搅拌,开吃吧!!
