  • 1.准备食材:南瓜,红薯,胡萝卜,西兰花。
  • 2.将西兰花用剪刀煎成小朵装入盆中。西兰花生长结构复杂,含有许多皱褶和农药残留部分,加入食盐可以杀菌消毒。
  • 3.加入半勺面粉可以吸附农药残留和灰尘。
  • 4.加入清水反复清洗。
  • 5.直至清洗数次后,水质变得清洁。
  • 6.沥干水分。
  • 7.胡萝卜去皮切成长条。
  • 8.红薯洗净之后切片。
  • 9.南瓜切开去瓤取1/4切片。
  • 10.用竹制蒸笼第一层放入红薯和南瓜。
  • 11.第二层放入西兰花和胡萝卜。
  • 12.上锅蒸45分钟。
  • 13.准备葱花蒜蓉和小米椒圈。
  • 14.碗中装入蘸料,泼热油、加食盐,生抽和香醋。
  • 15.晚餐非常简单、低脂营养的杂粮蒸就做好了。
