  • 1.准备好鸡胸肉、玉米、西红柿。
  • 2.玉米剥下玉米粒;鸡肉洗净切小丁;西红柿洗净、切桔瓣;淀粉用冷水调好备用。
  • 3.鸡丁加入盐、淀粉、料酒拌匀备用。
  • 4.锅中油热,倒入鸡丁。
  • 5.滑散至八分熟,盛起备用(颜色变白即可)。
  • 6.锅中余油,倒入西红柿炒出汁。
  • 7.倒入玉米粒,加少许盐,炒匀。
  • 8.倒入滑散的鸡丁,炒匀。
  • 9.淋入淀粉汁,快速炒匀;调好味,盛入碗中。
