芸豆沙月饼
我们平时吃的都是红豆沙月饼做的豆沙馅。前两天买了芸豆,突发奇想用芸豆来做了豆沙,味道也真的很不错呢,呵呵。做好了豆沙馅之后多吃了好几口,芸豆沙来做月饼,真的很美味哦。

  • 低筋面粉160g
  • 转化糖浆100g
  • 枧水3g
  • 花生油40g

Steps to make 芸豆沙月饼

  • 1.转化糖浆加入枧水搅拌均匀。
  • 2.面粉加入拌好的转化糖浆和花生油。
  • 3.搅拌混合。
  • 4.揉成面团状。
  • 5.盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏松弛一小时。
  • 6.松弛好的面团分成12份。
  • 7.分好的面团团成球,豆沙也揉成球状。
  • 8.取一块面团擀成皮。
  • 9.包入一份芸豆沙。
  • 10.向上推,捏紧收口。
  • 11.做好后在表面薄薄粘上一层面粉。
  • 12.放入模具按压。
  • 13.均匀用力压好。
  • 14.做好的月饼胚表面轻轻喷些水。
  • 15.烤箱预热200度,10分钟。然后中层烤5分钟。
  • 16.取出来,在表面刷一层蛋液。
  • 17.入烤箱继续烘烤15分钟左右即可。
