    Steps to make 蕃茄咖喱鱼片汤

    • 1.准备好所有新鲜食材。鱼,豆腐,蕃茄,西葫芦,牛油果,洋葱。
    • 2.都切成小块儿,牛油果不用一起煮在里面,是最后汤好了放上面就可以了。
    • 3.鱼去掉刺,切成片。
    • 4.鱼肉上占满咖喱粉。
    • 5.倒入橄榄油用小火煎咖喱鱼片。
    • 6.直至鱼片两面都煎成金黄色。
    • 7.会有烤箱的,烤两个小面包出来陪一会要出锅的鱼汤吃。不会烤的,直接超市里买个牛角面包,爱吃的面包什么的都好。
    • 8.这就是刚才我们用新鲜蕃茄和蕃茄酱一起煮了所有蔬菜丁的浓汤,然后上面放上煎好的咖喱鱼片,再放上切好的牛油果。加些香菜末会更好。
    • 9.吃前切半个柠檬或青檬,滴在鱼汤里面,会让整个鱼汤变的鲜美。好,开吃啦!
