1.冰粉粉按照说明比例加入80度以上沸水，不断搅拌。![]()
2.我还榨了一些西瓜汁用来放到冰粉里，过滤一下更细腻。![]()
3.西瓜汁加入冰粉水中后，在即将凝固时候，加了一些爆爆珠，这样凝固后就可以有爆爆珠的口感。![]()
4.我用红糖熬煮的红糖水。![]()
5.然后把冷却的冰粉放入冰箱，冷藏4个小时以上，拿出来浇上红糖水，放上水果。颜色更棒的哟！
