小葱煎饼馃子
天津的煎饼果子都是放大葱。现在正是春季,小葱上市了,我就特别爱吃小葱,还有新蒜。我今做的煎饼果子就是为了吃小葱,应季的小葱我太喜欢了。如果不放馃子,用煎饼卷小葱也好吃。

    Steps to make 小葱煎饼馃子

    • 1.主要原料。
    • 2.面粉和成面团,醒面三四个小时(炸馃子的面一定长时间醒面,最好头一天晚上和面,转天早上炸馃子)。将面团擀成大薄片,划两刀。
    • 3.烧热油,放入馃子坯,炸到两面金黄,酥脆捞出。(我炸的馃子没放盐,因为做好的煎饼馃子要抹酱,煎饼也是咸的,所以没放盐)
    • 4.绿豆面,白面(9:1),盐,五香粉少许放盆里。
    • 5.加适量水,调成面糊。
    • 6.电饼铛烧热,刷少许油。放面糊摊匀。
    • 7.打入一个鸡蛋摊匀。
    • 8.放小葱末一起摊匀。
    • 9.将煎饼摊熟,翻过来,刷甜面酱,蒜蓉辣酱,放小葱花,放炸好的馃子。卷好即可。(如果不放馃子,用煎饼卷小葱也好吃)
    • 10.小葱煎饼馃子。
